Graduate School Update 2
Got word on Friday from both University of California-Berkeley and University of Texas-Austin that I was accepted into their graduate programs. Berkeley has offered a Graduate Student Reserach position and invited me out to visit on April 10 (although I found out later that I will not be able to go that day because I will be in Cleveland with my family for the Indians home opener, will need to schedule another date.) Texas simply notified me I was accepted.
Visited MIT’s campus (although not yet accepted) this weekend and walked through both the Civil & Environmental Engineering and Urban Studies & Planning departments’ buildings. Enjoyed seeing the campus for the first time, and walking along the Charles river. Made sure to walk by the Pierce Boathouse where MIT rows out of.
